HR TIP TRUCK DRIVER – CASUAL
We are a small and growing business looking for a reliable, confident and safety-focused HR driver to operate our 2004 Sterling LT9500 Tip Truck (24T GVM).
The truck will be working on various projects throughout South East Queensland, primarily transporting dirt, sand and gravel for earthworks and civil projects.
The role will involve:
- Operating a 24T GVM Sterling body tipper
- Transporting dirt, sand and gravel
- Quarry and construction site pick-ups and deliveries
- Safe tipping and operation on active worksites
- Completing daily pre-start checks and taking good care of the truck
- Following site and client safety requirements
What we're looking for:
- Unrestricted HR licence essential
- Confident and competent driving a heavy manual truck
- Experience with crash-box / non-synchro transmissions preferred
- Previous tipper, quarry or earthworks experience highly regarded
- Safe and responsible driving record
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and professional attitude
- White Card preferred
This will initially be casual work based on availability and upcoming projects, with the opportunity for more regular work as we grow.
Pay: Negotiable based on experience
