Early Childhood Educator/Teacher Wanted! | Roselands, NSW
Our client is a small, family-run early childhood service based in Roselands NSW, proudly rated Exceeding under the National Quality Standard. With just 40 places, this is a close-knit centre where educators are genuinely valued, families are treated like part of the community, and every child receives individual attention and care. About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to join a high-performing team in a meaningful, community-focused setting. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will support and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that nurture each child's development and wellbeing. This role is open to educators at all qualification levels — from Certificate III through to fully qualified Early Childhood Teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
- Assist with planning and implementing programs aligned with the EYLF
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Observe and document children's learning and development in line with centre policies
- Build genuine relationships with children, families, and team members
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Contribute to the centre's Exceeding culture and quality practices
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor/Master of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Strong communication skills and a genuine team-first attitude
- A heartfelt passion for children's learning, wellbeing, and development
