About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber to join our growing team.
As an Apprentice Plumber, you will work closely with experienced mentors and gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of plumbing projects and maintenance works throughout Melbourne's Western Suburbs and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with plumbing works from below-ground drainage through to commissioning and completion.
- Gain experience across all areas of maintenance and general plumbing, including:
- Sewers and stormwater systems
- Rough-in and fit-off works
- Sewer stacks
- Domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing applications
- Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and project documentation.
- Assist with ordering and organising materials for jobs.
- Communicate professionally with clients, site supervisors, and other trades.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Skills & Requirements
- Current Driver Licence (essential).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Australian work rights.
