Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year + attractive performance incentives (commensurate with experience)

As our Melbourne CBD office continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate, results-driven Registered Migration Agent to join us full-time on-site to guide professionals, international students, and families through their Australian visa pathways.
The Role (Fully Face-to-Face)
This is a strictly in-office, face-to-face role based entirely at our vibrant Melbourne CBD branch. We believe that high-stakes migration cases are best solved through direct collaboration and in-person care. You will handle diverse portfolios across GSM, Employer-Sponsored, and Family visa streams, conducting walk-ins, scheduled in-office consultations, and working side-by-side with our local team.
Key Responsibilities
- In-Person Client Consultation: Conduct dynamic, structured, face-to-face consultations in our Melbourne office to assess eligibility and map out clear Australian migration pathways.
- On-Site Case Management: Prepare, review, and lodge high-quality visa applications including Skilled Migration (189, 190, 491), Employer-Sponsored (482, 186, 494), and Family/Partner visas.
- Compliance & Legal Strategy: Stay strictly aligned with OMARA regulations and the MARA Code of Conduct. Handle complex case files, including appeals, reviews, and responses to department requests.
- Team Collaboration: Work in tandem daily with our on-site administrative support staff and education counselors to deliver flawless end-to-end service.
What We Are Looking For
- OMARA Registration: Must hold a current, active MARA registration (MARN).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of active experience practicing as a Migration Agent in Australia (strong exposure to Employer-Sponsored and GSM visas is highly regarded).
- Work Style: A strong preference for working in a collaborative, physical office environment. You thrive on direct team synergy and high-energy client interactions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in a second language (e.g., Nepali, Hindi, or Mandarin) is a strong advantage given our diverse client base.
