Join our team as an Executive Support Officer – Office of the CEO
Are you passionate about delivering high-level executive support and working at the centre of organisational decision-making? This role offers the opportunity to coordinate key meetings, manage critical correspondence, and provide seamless support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team of Redland City Council.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, Councillor briefings, and workshops.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Office of the CEO.
- Maintaining statutory and non-statutory registers and ensuring compliance.
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and Office of the CEO.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, Councillors, and the Office of the Mayor.
- Reviewing, improving, and embedding business processes and systems.
Skills and experience:
- Experience providing high-level support to senior leaders.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced or complex environments, with local government experience desirable.
