We’re looking for passionate 1st Year Apprentice Chefs to join our award-winning kitchen teams. This is more than just an apprenticeship, it’s your opportunity to build a strong culinary foundation, learn from experienced industry professionals and develop the skills to build a long-term career in hospitality.
You’ll work alongside supportive senior kitchen leaders who will mentor and guide you through your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, combining structured trade training with hands on experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

- A positive mindset and willingness to learning new tasks you haven’t done before.

- Accountability and pride in your work. From maintaining a clean and organised workstation to following recipes, safety procedures and preparation standards.
