We are looking for a versatile, reliable team member to help us balance the workload. This role is split 50/50 between administration/customer service and hands-on workshop assistance. We are highly flexible and happily offer school-friendly hours—making this an ideal opportunity for a parent looking to re-enter the workforce or balance work with family life.

Schedule & Flexibility:
School Hours Friendly: Hours can be tailored (e.g., 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, or select days).
Expected hours: [e.g., 15–25 hours per week], to be agreed upon with the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a diverse, engaging role where no two days are the same:
Admin & Customer Service (50%):
Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and handling email inquiries.
Assisting with basic data entry, invoicing, and job scheduling.
Keeping track of incoming workshop orders and updating clients.
Workshop & Tool Work (50%):
Assisting our fabricators with prepping, cutting, and grinding materials.
Using basic hand and power tools safely (we are happy to train you if you are willing to learn!).
Helping maintain a safe, tidy, and organized workshop space.
What We’re Looking For:
Versatility: Someone equally comfortable answering a phone professionally and getting stuck into practical, hands-on workshop tasks.
Great Communication: A friendly, professional manner when dealing with clients and suppliers.
Can-Do Attitude: You don’t need to be a qualified trade secret, just confident, safety-conscious, and willing to use basic tools.
Reliability & Organization: Excellent time management and a proactive approach.
Prior experience in an office, retail, or a trade environment is a plus, but we value life experience, reliability, and attitude above all else.
