Franklyn Blinds Awnings Security is Brisbane owned and based window furnishings manufacturer. We take pride in the fact that we are a market leader in our industry.
We are looking for a part time experienced receptionist for 1 day a week, Friday 8.30 to 5pm, to join our team at our propose built factory at Rochedale. Reception is the face of our company and we require someone that thrives on this type of work and genuinely likes to interact with customers over the phone and face to face.
The Receptionist is responsible for:
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls on a very busy switchboard.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Handling cash and EFTPOS payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greeting and signing in visiting suppliers and vendor services.
- Must ensure that the reception area is clean, tidy and organised at all times.
- Managing inter branch couriers and associated paperwork.
- General administrative support.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years Reception experience.
- Presentation is exceptionally important.
- Must have a happy, friendly and bubbly demeanour.
- MS Office Word and Excel proficiency is a must.
- Excellent communication skills is a must.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
