Part time Internal Sales
We are looking for a confident, personable, and reliable individual to join our team in the Forrestdale industrial area.
This is an internal sales and customer service role with a strong focus on processing orders, managing stock inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The primary focus is on administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting customers in-store and providing estimations.
· Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
· Processing orders: Booking customer jobs, allocating work orders for the workshop, and ensuring processes are followed.
· Providing exceptional customer service: Assisting customers via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
· Preparing and following up on quotes: Gathering information to create detailed and accurate customer quotes and estimations.
· Identifying customer needs and offering suitable products.
· Performing general office duties as required.
Work Hours:
· 3 days a week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Occasional on Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
