Flex Pulse Physio is a growing physiotherapy and allied health service focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based care with a strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation and long-term patient outcomes.
We are looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at our Bronte clinic.
This is an opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment with a strong focus on developing your skills, building your own patient base and delivering genuinely individualised care.
The Role
As a Physiotherapist with Flex Pulse Physio, you will assess and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal and sports-related presentations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Developing individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Providing hands-on manual therapy and soft-tissue treatment where clinically appropriate
- Prescribing and progressing therapeutic exercise
- Managing acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Treating sports and activity-related injuries
- Providing patient education and self-management strategies
- Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans accordingly
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Communicating effectively with GPs, specialists and other health professionals when required
- Building positive, long-term relationships with patients
- Working collaboratively with other practitioners within the Flex Pulse Physio network
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Physiotherapist who is:
- Registered with AHPRA
- Eligible to work as a physiotherapist in Australia
- Passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Confident communicating with patients
- Able to work independently while being part of a team
- Committed to evidence-based clinical practice
- Interested in developing their clinical reasoning and treatment skills
- Professional, reliable and patient-focused
Both experienced physiotherapists and motivated early-career physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
