The Role
We seek a self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to concentrate on wine service with a can-do attitude to join our team. You will be passionate about providing outstanding hospitality to our Members and guests.
Dinner service Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities and Attributes include:
- The setting of the bar/restaurant.
- Discussing wine and wine suggestions in our fine dining A la Carte restaurant with extensive wine list
- Having excellent communication skills to liaise with Members and attend to their requests.
- Having a positive can-do attitude.
- Working autonomously and as a team player.

The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Good wine knowledge
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 1 year working in a similar environment.
- Experience using a P.O.S system.
- Passion for excellence in customer service.
- Current RSA Competency Card.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation.
