We are looking for a switched on and dynamic casual bartender to work at our Hurricane’s Grill & Bar at Bondi Beach.

Experience in classic cocktails is a must, as is availability to work on weekends.

Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and standards.
· Engage with customers, recommending drinks and providing excellent service at the bar.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
· Uphold responsible alcohol service practices, monitoring guest consumption and intervening when necessary.

Skills and Experience
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar, high-paced restaurant/ bar.
. Strong knowledge and proven experience in preparing classic cocktails.
· Exceptional communication skills.
· Strong self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm.
· Collaborative team spirit.
· Proficient time management aptitude.
