VicRoads is progressing too. In August 2022, we started on a new chapter when the Victorian State Government partnered with Aware Super, Australian Retirement Trust, and Macquarie Asset Management to operate registration and licensing services on its behalf.
We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.
Salary: $65,027 - $79,116 plus super
Tenure: Full-time/ Fixed Term (10 months)

Reporting to the Technical Lead – Payment Services, the Payment Services Officer plays a key role in ensuring customer payments and related enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently.
This role is responsible for resolving payment issues, supporting registration and licensing transactions, and delivering high-quality customer service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process registration and licensing transactions in line with policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Investigate and resolve customer payment enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a strong understanding of systems, processes and business rules
Ensure data integrity, privacy and compliance obligations are met at all times
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation
Work collaboratively within a team to achieve performance targets and customer outcomes.
