Coordinator of Supports
We’re building out our Support Coordination team and looking for someone solid to come on board.
You’ll need to already be working as a COS and have a small caseload you can bring across. Around 10–15 participants.
We care about how you work and how you show up for people.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Getting to know your participants properly.
- Helping them use their plan without it feeling overwhelming
- Linking them in with the right supports.
- Being the go-to when things change or fall over
- Supporting plan reviews, goals, and big life stuff
- Keeping an eye on budgets and making sure things are tracking properly
- Working with plan managers and providers so nothing gets missed
- Helping people understand their rights and back themselves
- Staying on top of the admin so things don’t stall
You’ll suit this if you:
- Have a couple of years behind you in disability, mental health or similar
- Care about people having real choice and control
- Don’t need to be micromanaged
- Communicate well and know how to read a situation
- Stay calm when things get messy
- Keep yourself organised
- Know the NDIS well enough to explain it without all the jargon
What you’ll get:
- Good pay
- KPIs that make sense
- Flexibility with your week
- A team that backs you
- Hybrid role (Office and WFH)
Where this is heading:
We’re building this arm of the business properly.
If you’re the right person, there’s room to step into middle leadership to help shape the team as it grows.

- Comprehensive insurance
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Screening
- PRODA
