About Bielby
At Bielby, we’re proud of more than 40 years of delivering complex infrastructure across Australia, from major roads and bridges to rail, ports, renewables and more. We’re privately owned, people-focused, and passionate about what we do. Whether it’s supporting communities or helping our teams thrive, we believe in building things that last.
With a flat management structure and the hands-on involvement and commitment of the company’s senior leaders/owners, the Bielby culture is founded through the values of straight up, responsive, collaboration, people matter and delivery approach. Highly successful for the past four decades, Bielby is currently embarking on an exciting period of increased growth and diversification and is seeking talented and like-minded individuals to become key members of the Bielby team.
The Role
As Bielby continues to grow, we are expanding the opportunities available through our Graduate Program and are seeking applications from Civil Engineering students based in Brisbane who are due to graduate in 2026. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to commence employment now as Undergraduate Engineers, gaining early work experience in our busy pre-contracts team where we are tendering for a strong pipeline of upcoming works.
This is a genuine pathway into Bielby’s 2027 Graduate Program. The intention is for successful Undergraduate Engineers to build early capability, understand our business and project delivery approach, and join the 2027 graduate cohort as part of the broader team already being developed for our future growth.
You will be supported and guided by experienced Civil Engineers, Project Managers and discipline specialists, with exposure to tendering, estimating, commercial thinking and practical project planning before moving into project-based graduate opportunities. For people who are mobile and willing to work regionally, Bielby offers outstanding development, responsibility and rewards through exposure to major infrastructure projects across Queensland and beyond.
