This floating position involves working across all age groups, supporting educators and children throughout the centre. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team in a Floating Educator role. This position involves working across all age groups, supporting educators in different rooms and ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all children. * Support educators across all rooms and age groups as required. * Assist in implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). * Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. * Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times. * Assist with daily routines, including meals, sleep, hygiene, and indoor/outdoor activities. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment. * Contribute to observations, documentation, and children's learning outcomes. * Follow all centre policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying). * Current Working with Children Check. * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain). * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
