In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering road maintenance programs and infrastructure outcomes that ensure safe, efficient and reliable transport networks across regional NSW. This role will see you lead the planning, development and delivery of maintenance projects and programs, manage workforce capability and resources, and drive continuous improvement, innovation and commercial performance across a geographically diverse portfolio.
You will lead and optimise service delivery by implementing efficient maintenance programs and fostering innovation in a complex, safety-critical and customer-focused regional environment.

About you
Your leadership, stakeholder engagement and operational management capabilities, formed across civil engineering, infrastructure delivery, construction or asset management environments, will see you excel in delivering projects to time, cost, quality and safety expectations while managing competing priorities and diverse stakeholder needs. You will bring strong workforce leadership, planning and contract management expertise to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement in service delivery.
You’re recognised as a values-driven and accountable leader, skilled at building high-performing teams, managing complex programs and influencing stakeholders, and experienced in road maintenance, engineering project delivery, procurement and contract management, and workplace health and safety practices.
This position is based at our Singleton Depot and the successful candidate will be required to be present on-site at this location full time.
