Part-Time Associate Dentist | Potential for Full-Time Position

We are a patient-focused, community-minded practice with two welcoming clinics located in Indooroopilly (Coates Dental) and Windsor (Windsor Family Dentist). We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to step into an established role with immediate clinical demand. The successful candidate will inherit an existing, loyal patient base, allowing them to build a busy schedule from the outset rather than starting from scratch.
- Flexible working days and hours (2–4 days per week)
- Established patient base ready to be taken over
- Strong flow of new and existing patients
- Primarily based at one clinic, with the opportunity to work across both our Indooroopilly and Windsor practices as the role develops

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner
- A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience in Australia
- The ability to work independently and confidently manage a range of dental treatments
- Experience performing more complex dental procedures
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- A genuine commitment to patient care and empathy
- Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
- The ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent infection control knowledge and practices
- A passion for providing high-quality, preventative and comprehensive dental care
