As a Production Estimator in our Estimating team, you will:
- Prepare accurate BOQs and purchase orders for residential home builds
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and variations prior to site start
- Complete cost and margin analysis to support profitable builds
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve pricing, ordering, and documentation issues
- Support Construction and internal stakeholders with site-related and customer queries
- Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy, processes, and business performance
- Ensure all files are completed accurately and within required timeframes
- Ideally, experience in residential Production Estimating
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering details, and specifications
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers
