As a Customer Experience Officer, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, addressing their needs, and ensuring our centres operate seamlessly.
- Be the first point of contact, delivering warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
- Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
- Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
- Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork

- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or reception environment

- Interview date: Interviews will be facilitated within two weeks of the position closing.
- Package: From $60,887 gross p.a.(full time equivalent) plus 12% superannuation. Salary will be paid pro rata to the part time hours worked. Weekend penalty rates will be paid as applicable.
- Hours of work: Permanent and Seasonal part time opportunities available working up to 20 hours per week across a 7 day spread of hours. There is a requirement to work at least 1 weekend shift per week. Seasonal opportunities are expected to be available from 14 September 2026 until 25 April 2027.
Suitable candidates are subject to pre-employment screening which includes Reference Checks, Work Rights Verification, Identity and Functional/Medical History Checks, and may also include a Criminal History, Qualification and Working with Children Check. Employment is subject to clearance of all these checks.
