We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health team. We’re open to full-time, part-time, casual, contractor, and new graduate applications, with flexibility to shape the role around the right person.
We’re a small, locally owned business with a close-knit and supportive team. We value flexibility, autonomy, and creating a positive work environment where everyone feels part of something meaningful.
Therapy sessions are delivered across our Gateshead and Charlestown clinics, as well as in the community, including client homes. Report writing and administration can be completed from home, providing some flexibility around non-clinical work.
Our work is primarily with NDIS participants, with services expanding into DVA, DCJ, and aged care. We support clients across the lifespan and a range of disabilities, providing plenty of variety in your caseload. While this is our current focus, we’re open to shaping the role around the right person and their areas of interest.
You'll be joining a team led by an experienced Occupational Therapist who provides ongoing clinical supervision, mentoring, and support. Whether you're an early-career therapist, a new graduate, or an experienced clinician, you'll have access to guidance and a collaborative environment where you can continue to develop your skills.
We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, passionate about the work they do, and comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is keen to grow alongside the team and contribute to supporting our local community.
What you'll need:
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility for registration for new graduates)
- Experience working with NDIS participants (or willingness to learn)
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
What we offer:
- Full-time, part-time, casual, and contractor opportunities
- Flexible working arrangements
- Variety in caseload across ages and funding streams
- Ongoing clinical supervision, mentoring, and support from an experienced Occupational Therapist
- A collaborative and supportive team environment
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlestown NSW 2290
