We are a leading hospitality provider located along the iconic Great Northern Highway in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Attendant (Waiter) to join our team.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
- Handle special requests and dietary requirements.
- Process payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness.
- Refill water, condiments, and other table necessities.
- Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues if needed.
- Promote daily specials and upsell menu items.
- Assist in stocking and restocking service areas.
- Adhere to company policies and dress code.
The suitable applicants should:
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (during the season).
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
- Awareness of hygiene, food safety, and health regulations.
The employer will offer:
- A full-time contract for at least 3 years, extendable for further term.
- An annual salary of $68,000 - $72,000 (negotiable) + superannuation will be offered to the successful candidates with relevant qualification and experience.
