As Team Leader - GARSS, you'll help shape how care is delivered for people recovering from illness, injury, and stroke. You'll lead with purpose, supporting your team, strengthening services, and making a daily difference in patients' lives and independence.

Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that restores independence and improves quality of life
Shaping service direction and workforce planning to meet the evolving needs of the community
Driving innovation and continuous improvement to enhance safety, quality, and patient outcomes
Building strong partnerships across healthcare and the community to create seamless, connected care

You're more than an experienced clinician, you're someone who sees the bigger picture. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Relevant allied health qualification with current registration or membership
Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering service outcomes in healthcare
Strong capability in planning, resource management, and driving service improvement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience in rehabilitation or geriatric care and/or further study in leadership or a clinical specialty.
