We're looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Personal Assistant / Office Assistant to work closely with our CEO & Founder and support day-to-day operations across the business.
This is a hands-on, varied role that would suit someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly, takes initiative, and is happy to jump in wherever needed. You'll assist with a mix of administrative, operational, and general support tasks while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.

About the Role:
This is a varied, entry-level opportunity to work closely with our CEO & Founder, providing support across a range of business, administrative and operational functions. You'll play an important role in helping the day-to-day flow of the business, assisting with coordination, organisation, project support and general team needs. We're looking for someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, highly organised and happy to jump in wherever needed. If you're eager to learn, enjoy variety, and want exposure to different areas of a growing business, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop valuable skills while working alongside a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO & Founder
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
- Manage calendars, appointments and scheduling
- Assist with team administration and internal communications
- Help maintain organised systems, processes and documentation
- Support events, launches and special projects
- Assist across various areas of the business as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Based on the Gold Coast
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport required
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional

Pay: From $26.95 per hour
