Design the future of a growing city.
Lead the governance and coordination of major city projects from planning through to delivery. As Coordinator Transformational Projects, you manage tender processes, prepare contracts, and oversee consultant and contractor performance across a program of externally funded works. You maintain risk, consultant and project registers, and ensure reports are accurate, timely and useful for decision makers.
A key part of the role is coordinating RFQs and tenders, including eApprovals, evaluation plans and tender reporting. You review briefs, contracts and governance documents, then work with project teams to keep delivery on track. Each day includes preparing reports for senior leaders, analysing data to improve processes, and resolving issues with internal teams or external partners. You also support program governance by tracking performance, managing records and identifying improvements to systems and workflows.
Your work ensures projects are well managed, compliant and delivered on time. From public infrastructure to upgraded spaces, these outcomes directly support how the community lives and moves. Strong coordination and clear reporting help Council make informed decisions and deliver reliable services.
