After a recent renovation across all our spaces, we're on the hunt for a motivated and hands-on Casual Bartender/Allrounder to join our floor team.
This is a great opportunity for a hospitality all-rounder who wants flexible, ongoing shifts (20 to 30 hours a week) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment that values initiative, energy, and personality.

What You'll Own
- Preparing and serving drinks across our bars, including cocktails, beer and wine service
- Working across different levels of the venue as needed, from the Public Bar and Sports Bar to Taylors Rooftop and the Bistro
- Bringing energy to the floor during busy services, especially through happy hour and weekend peaks
- Keeping your section clean, well-stocked and compliant throughout your shift
- Delivering friendly, efficient service to a busy and varied crowd
- Upholding RSA and responsible service standards at all times
Who You Are
- Hold a current NSW RSA competency card (essential)
- Previous experience in a bar, pub or high-volume hospitality venue preferred
- Comfortable working across multiple sections and adapting to a fast-paced floor
- A natural team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Available across a mix of days, nights and weekends, from 20 up to 30 hours a week
- Professional, energetic, and passionate about guest experience
