- At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within a complex or technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience in operational business partnering, stakeholder management, and advising hiring managers.
- Solid understanding of contemporary recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and applicant tracking systems (bonus points for Springboard or Workday).
- Familiarity with Early Careers, graduate programs, or STEM engagement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with a straightforward, transparent, and consultative approach.
- A continuous improvement mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen.
- Hands-on knowledge or exposure to Global Mobility, visa requirements, or international recruitment is highly desirable.
We seek to inspire our people to grow, so you have the right mindset, behaviours and skills to thrive and achieve the organisation goals whilst being focussed on your personal development through classroom and online learning.
