About the role
The Belconnen Child and Family Hub is a community-based, family-centred program that brings together early childhood education and care with coordinated family support services. At the heart of the Hub is Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre, providing a welcoming and accessible place where children and families can connect with the support they need.
We are seeking a Hub Coordinator to lead this unique integrated model. This dual-function role combines the responsibilities of an Assistant Director at Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre with the coordination of services, partnerships and supports that strengthen outcomes for children and families across Belconnen.
Working across both the early childhood and family support environments, you will support the day-to-day leadership of the Centre while building strong partnerships with internal programs, community organisations and external services. You will help connect families with parenting support, early intervention, developmental and wellbeing services, ensuring the Centre remains a trusted point of connection for the community.

CRCS is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all young children and young people. As part of our commitment to child safeguarding, we require all employees to undergo relevant screening processes, including Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) checks and National Police Checks.

Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
