Position Available: General Labourer / Trade Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Various sites across the Sydney metro area, including the North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Eastern Suburbs
Employment Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable General Labourer / Trade Assistant to support our timber flooring team across a range of residential projects. This is a full-time role with long-term potential for the right candidate.
You’ll be working alongside experienced flooring installers and assisting with a variety of tasks, including site preparation, deliveries, clean-up, and general support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with unloading and handling of timber flooring and materials
- Preparing and cleaning installation areas
- Moving tools and materials around site
- Helping with subfloor preparation under supervision (e.g. sweeping, mixing product, vacuuming, basic levelling prep)
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting the installation team with general on-site tasks as required
Essential Requirements
- Good physical fitness and a willingness to work on active construction sites
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- White Card
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Legal right to work in Australia on a full-time, ongoing basis
Bonus (not essential)
- Experience working with trades or on residential building sites
- Interest in timber flooring or carpentry
