About the Department / Program
Monash Health Pharmacy is a diverse and dynamic team of over 500 professionals. We work across seven hospitals and community settings, delivering best-practice pharmacy services and supporting career development through structured rotations, mentoring, and leadership opportunities.
About the Role
Join our team as a Pharmacy Student Research Project Assistant on a full time fixed-term (4 week) basis, to work at across our Monash Health sites. In this role, you will undertake allocated tasks as a research project assistant under pharmacist supervision.
Key responsibilities include
Assist with pharmacy research projects under pharmacist supervision.
Collect and review patient, carer, health professional, and medical record data to support research activities.
Maintain compliance with legislative, professional, infection control, workplace safety, and quality standards.
Contribute to quality improvement and safe patient care while undertaking additional duties as required.
About You
To be successful in this healthcare role, you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience, and attributes:
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Works well with peers and supervisors showing flexibility and adaptability
Proactive, constructive and creative approaches to problem solving
Valid Driver’s licence (desirable)
Mandatory requirements of the role
Must be studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
