Pengana Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our Sydney team. This is a key client service and operational role, acting as a primary point of contact for direct clients and financial advisers and working closely with our external fund registry and internal operations, distribution and investment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client and adviser enquiries across phone and email, taking ownership of matters through to resolution.
- Liaise daily with the external fund registry to manage and resolve client, transaction and operational matters.
- Assist with investor onboarding, applications, redemptions and other transaction-related processes.
- Review client documentation and work with the registry to resolve outstanding or incomplete requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records across internal databases and CRM systems.
- Manage and escalate complex client and operational matters to the appropriate internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers and key external service providers.
- Work closely with operations, distribution and investment teams to ensure client matters are managed efficiently.
Experience & Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous client service experience within funds management, investment management or a similar financial services environment.
- Demonstrated experience liaising directly with an external fund registry or similar investment administration provider.
- Practical knowledge of managed fund applications, redemptions, investor onboarding and transaction processing.
- Experience managing client and adviser enquiries and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
- A sound understanding of operational procedures within a funds management or investment business.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client and operational matters simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client service.
This role would suit an experienced financial services professional who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and confidently manage relationships across clients, advisers, registry providers and internal stakeholders.
