We're looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Studio Assistant to help support the day-to-day running of the studio!
About Us
Elevate Singing Studio is a growing vocal and performance studio based in Tullamarine. We work with singers of all ages, providing lessons, workshops, performance opportunities and concerts in a supportive and encouraging environment. Music is at the heart of everything we do, and we're passionate about helping our students build confidence, develop their skills and find their voice.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting communication with students and families
- Supporting student enrolments and studio administration
- Updating studio systems and records
- Helping prepare for events, workshops and concerts
- Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming studio environment
- Assisting with general operational tasks as required
- Supporting content creation and social media activities
About You

- Organised and detail-oriented
- Friendly and professional
- Confident communicating with families and customers
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Reliable and take pride in your work
- Happy to jump in and help wherever needed
Bonus Points
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Experience with Canva or social media platforms
- Experience working with children or families
- Interest in music, performing arts or creative industries

Hours
Approximately 4–6 hours per week to begin, with the potential for additional hours as the studio grows.
We're ideally looking for someone available on Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons.
