The Complex Care Support Worker provides high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex physical, psychosocial, neurological, intellectual, and behavioural support needs. Working within the participant's Positive Behaviour Support Plan (PBSP), Care Plan, and individual goals, the support worker promotes independence, dignity, safety, and community participation while maintaining professional boundaries and safeguarding participant wellbeing.
The role requires the ability to respond appropriately to complex situations, implement behaviour support strategies, recognise clinical deterioration, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Pay: $34.00 – $51.40 per hour
