About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Portfolio Planning Manager, the Portfolio Coordinator supports effective portfolio governance and decision‑making by coordinating end-to-end portfolio process (from strategic planning to reporting), maintaining high‑quality portfolio data, and providing accurate, timely reporting. The position acts as a key enabler of portfolio management by ensuring senior leaders have reliable information to prioritise investments, manage risks, and balance capacity across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support the Portfolio Planning Manager in the governance of the end-to-end portfolio management process.
- Coordinate portfolio planning and management activities across wide range of stakeholders across ASC
- Collate data, produce portfolio dashboards and reports, as well as analyse trends, variances and emerging risks across the portfolio
- Maintain accuracy, completeness and timeliness of portfolio data
- Maintain and continuously improve portfolio governance tools, templates and artefacts
About You
- Demonstrable experience across portfolio management activities including managing portfolio-level risks, issues and dependencies.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with wide range of stakeholders, including Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, Program Management Offices and Business Units.
- Demonstrable experience in data collation, reporting, analyses and insights generation to senior stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI highly desirable.
- Understanding of portfolio prioritisation, dependency management and business case.
- Experience in strategic planning process is highly desirable
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
