Hospitality Team Member (Barista Skills Essential) The Rigby Maitland is looking for a passionate and reliable Hospitality Team Member to join our team. Located in the heart of Maitland, we're a café, bar and restaurant serving specialty coffee and breakfast daily, alongside share-style lunch and dinner service Wednesday through Saturday. We pride ourselves on genuine hospitality, quality food and drinks, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll work across all areas of front-of-house operations, from preparing specialty coffee and serving breakfast guests to running food, taking orders, preparing beverages and helping create a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and genuinely enjoys looking after people. To Be Successful In The Role, You Will - Have previous hospitality experience - Have strong barista skills and confidence working independently on a coffee machine - Hold a current NSW RSA - Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach - Be comfortable taking orders, running food and drinks, preparing beverages and processing transactions - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation - Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team - Remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Take pride in your work and contribute positively to workplace culture - Be available to work a mix of weekdays, weekends and evenings
