What you'll be doing
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work under the guidance and direction of Registered Nurses to provide safe, effective and individualised care that supports patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery.
- Assist patients with personal care, mobility and communication needs to maximise independence
- Deliver nursing care within your scope of practice and established clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient documentation to support continuity of care and legislative compliance
- Assist with routine clinical and technical tasks, including equipment preparation and maintenance
- Collaborate with patients, carers and the healthcare team to support positive rehabilitation outcomes
