Full-Time/ Casual Wait Staff
JAPASU by Sang is an independently owned Japanese restaurant in Zetland, built on genuine hospitality, exceptional food and warm, professional service. We're a close-knit team that takes pride in doing things properly and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
We're looking for a passionate and reliable Full-Time / CasualWait Staff member to join our team.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works hard, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and wants to grow with us.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a restaurant environment
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Bar experience is highly regarded
- Wine, sake and cocktail knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential (full training provided)
- Immediate Start available!
- Must have valid Australian working rights with no restrictions & hold a current NSW RSA

Please note: This is a Full-time salaried position. Salary will be negotiated based on your experience, capability and the appropriate Hospitality Award classification for your role.
For the Casual position, full availability on weekend is required and your salary will be accorded to the Hospitality Award classification.
