About the Role
We’re looking for a highly driven all-rounder to join our refurbished mobile business, working across both device repairs and wholesale sales support.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, and dealing with customers. Your time will be split between repairing mobile devices and supporting daily sales and operational tasks.
If you’re not naturally driven, fast-moving, and comfortable with tech -this role won’t suit you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshooting and repairing mobile phones and tablets
- Maintaining high quality repair standards and attention to detail
- Diagnosing device faults and testing completed repairs
- Managing incoming and outgoing wholesale sales enquiries (phone, WhatsApp + email)
- Building and maintaining relationships with B2B customers
- Supporting pricing, quoting, invoicing, and stock handling
- Creating and managing spreadsheets for pricing, stock, and reporting
- Using AI tools to improve workflow and efficiency
- Keeping internal systems accurate, clean, and up to date
- Supporting operational procedures and day-to-day warehouse tasks
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year experience repairing mobile phones or tablets
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator - friendly, outgoing, and good with customers
- Highly driven personality - you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Tech-savvy - you pick up systems quickly and enjoy working digitally
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills preferred
- Experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work is highly regarded
- Ability to juggle technical work, customer communication, and operational detail without dropping the ball
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Willing to do whatever’s needed, from completing repairs to packing boxes
- Soldering experience would be highly regarded
Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
