We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office All Rounder to join our team. This role is available as a full-time position or can be shared by two part-time team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and process email enquiries.
- Work within a team
- Job processing and scheduling.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes.
- Maintain and update customer activity in our CRM (ACT Software).
- Communicate with customers about jobs in progress.
- Perform general office and reception duties.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets and maintain accuracy.
- Support the on-road team with queries and follow-ups.
Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should bring:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or office role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of people.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A professional attitude, presentation, and conduct.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and familiarity with MYOB &/or ACT CRM (highly regarded).
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- A proactive, reliable, and down-to-earth personality.
Hours and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $30 - $40 per hour, reviewed after the initial 3 months.
