AB Care Group is a registered NDIS provider, seeking a Registered Nurse / Team Leader in the Western Suburbs, with a background in dementia / mental health for our clients requiring 24/7 care.

The main Duties/Responsibilities for the role include:
*Mentor and lead a small team of staff, to ensure clients’ needs are met, whilst maintaining standards of the organisation and protocols.
*Ensure clients have accurate and up to date ISP, medication charts, risk assessments and other compliance / HR relevant documentation.
*Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, in accordance with AB Care Group policies.
*Reporting to Upper Management on a regular basis.
*Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both clients and staff.
* The role does include rostering responsibility.
Requirements:
*RN
*MUST live in the western suburb (on call duty)
*Drivers licence and vehicle.
*NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module.
*Valid First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration & Manual Handling Certificate.
*Previous Experience in Team Leader / Senior Support Worker / House Manager position within the NDIS sector.
*Be available to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including active night shifts and weekend shifts.
*Demonstrated experience in high/complex need clients.
*RN award or sub-contractor, upon discussion.
