We currently seeking a full-time business development manager to assist our business with sales and marketing duties. We provide a productive and efficient environment where accountability for performance and reliability is expected.
Job Description
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients in the facilities management across diverse industries from educational facilities, retail, restaurants, hotels, event spaces, residential and commercial spaces within Victoria and Interstate by engaging in a professional and consultative manner.
- Meeting and presenting to potential customers
- Building business relations through planning and a high level of execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities, new markets, and innovative ways to reach existing markets
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business development strategies
- Attend networking functions and events as required for strategic business purposes
- Deliver consistent revenue
The Successful Applicant
- Must have a proven background in sales/marketing
- Strategic and strong commercial acumen to drive company strategies and projects to delivering on results.
- Energetic with a creative flare and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to project manage in a time critical environment
- Strong interpersonal with a focus on results
- Results driven and self-motivated in reaching targets
- Background in facility services is an advantage
