The Opportunity
As Change & Training Manager, you'll lead change and training for new OT and IT systems in live manufacturing environments. This is a delivery-focused role where you'll simplify complex technical change and help people confidently adopt new ways of working. You'll partner with leaders, technical teams and frontline employees to turn complexity into clear communication and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver change, communication and capability strategies for large OT and digital programs
- Translate technical concepts into clear messages and practical learning
- Design and deliver engaging communications, workshops and training
- Identify adoption barriers and drive behavioural change
- Lead change readiness activities across sites
- Partner with Project Managers on scope, delivery and timelines
- Coach and guide change/training resources
- Ensure compliance with WHSE and governance requirements
About You
You enjoy simplifying complexity and helping people adapt.
- Experience delivering successful change initiatives with strong adoption outcomes
- Ability to simplify complex information into practical communication and learning
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interest in human behaviour and change
- Experience designing learning and capability programs
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Experience in manufacturing, OT or digital transformation (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
