We are looking for an E-Commerce Product & Brand Manager who can take ownership of our product portfolio and brand strategy across our digital sales channels.
This is more than managing product listings—you will shape how customers discover, engage with, and experience our brand. You'll collaborate with marketing, operations, suppliers, and leadership to deliver successful product launches, strengthen our online presence, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Manage the complete product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and coordinating product launches to monitoring ongoing product performance.
Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across the website, online marketplaces, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
eCommerce Performance: Monitor website performance, sales trends, customer behaviour, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Digital Merchandising: Optimize product listings, product content, pricing, categories, and merchandising to maximize customer engagement and online sales.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, suppliers, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to recommend new products and improve the overall product offering.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, Product Management, Brand Management, Digital Commerce, or a similar role with demonstrated success growing online sales.
Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of product positioning, online merchandising, pricing strategies, and customer buying behaviour.
Technical Skills: Experience working with eCommerce platforms, product information management systems, Google Analytics, SEO best practices, and Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and external partners.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting sales reports, customer data, and market insights to make informed business decisions.
Mindset: You are proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven. You enjoy solving problems, continuously improving processes, and balancing creativity with commercial objectives.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
