We are actively scaling and looking for a Paid Ads Manager to manage and optimise our advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok.
Role Overview
We already have:
- Creative Strategist (ad ideas, hooks, scripts)
- UGC creators producing ad content

We need someone to:
Manage ad spend, optimise campaigns, and scale winning creatives
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Manage Meta and TikTok ad accounts
- Launch and monitor campaigns
- Allocate budgets effectively
Optimisation & Scaling
- Identify winning creatives and scale them
- Pause underperforming ads quickly
- Continuously test and improve performance
Performance Tracking
- Monitor key metrics:
- CPA (cost per acquisition)
- ROAS
- CTR
- Provide simple performance reports
Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative Strategist
- Give feedback on what creatives are working
- Suggest new testing directions
Requirements
- Proven experience running Meta and/or TikTok ads
- Strong understanding of:
- Scaling ads
- Testing creatives
- Budget allocation
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to move fast and make decisions
Nice to Have
- Ecommerce / Shopify experience
- Experience with subscription products (apps)
- Experience managing higher ad spend
Pay
- $800-$1000AUD per month (based on experience and scope)
