About RFOUR
RFOUR is an Australian organisation development and leadership consultancy supporting clients across Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Our work sits at the intersection of organisational change, executive coaching, and cross-cultural facilitation — helping enterprise clients navigate complex transformation.
We are growing our Australian practice and are now hiring a Principal Consultant to anchor our delivery and business development across the Asia-Pacific market.
The Role
As Principal Consultant — Change & Leadership, you will study, evaluate, and improve organisational structures, systems, methods, and procedures for RFOUR's clients across Australia and Asia-Pacific. You will work directly with C-suite and senior leaders, lead client engagements end-to-end, and contribute to growing RFOUR's footprint in the region.
This is a senior, client-facing role that combines hands-on consulting and facilitation with relationship management and business development. You will work alongside the Director, with regular travel to client sites across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Client Engagement & Organisational Analysis
● Conduct organisational assessments to diagnose barriers to change and advise clients on practical, evidence-based solutions using RFOUR's Consultancy Framework.
● Prepare and present multi-phase proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, and redefine role functions for organisations undergoing restructure, merger, or cultural transformation.
● Map, document, and review organisational workflows, role structures, and operational procedures, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustain change across cross-cultural teams.

● Design and deliver executive coaching assignments to C-suite and senior leaders navigating organisational transformation.
● Design and facilitate leadership development programmes using established psychometric tools and frameworks.
● Support the implementation of recommendations, building the capability of in-house leaders and people managers to monitor adoption and sustain change beyond the consulting engagement.
Capability Building
● Train and mentor Australian-based associate facilitators as RFOUR scales.
● Contribute to RFOUR's IP development, including Integral Framework resources and facilitation tools.
● Contribute to thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations.
