Due to the continued growth of our business, Stockmans Motel & Restaurant is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Wait Staff and Bar Staff to join our team.
We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our guests while helping to create a welcoming dining and entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Delivering meals and drinks efficiently
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling customer payments
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (Bar Staff)
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining, bar and service areas
- Assisting with venue setup and pack down
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service operations
Skills and Experience
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Current RSA Certificate (required for Bar Staff)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
