Disability Support Worker - Northern Beaches
Empowering Disability Partners (EDP) is a locally based NDIS registered provider supporting participants across the Northern Beaches and North Shore. We’re a small, genuinely local team offering Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, Day Programs, In-Home Care and Aged Care support.
We’re looking for an experienced Disability Support Worker to join our casual team.
About the Role
You’ll provide day-to-day support to NDIS participants, helping them live independently and engage confidently with their community - from personal care and household assistance, to community access, transport and social participation.
About You
- Experience working in disability support (essential)
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Own car and valid driver’s licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- A genuine, caring approach and strong communication skills
Pay & Benefits
- $36.22 - $38.50 per hour + 25% Casual Loading + Superannuation
