-
Professional development and personalised pathways to progress your career and learning.
-
Manage your own calendar with both part time and full time availability
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your career, design your own working rhythm, and make a meaningful impact every day, this could be the perfect next step.
At ORS, we know that you wear many hats — clinician, parent, partner, friend, mentor — and we’ve built a workplace that genuinely supports you to thrive in all of them. As our team continues to grow, we’re inviting an experienced Speech Pathologist to join us in a senior capacity and shape the next chapter of your career.
This isn’t just a job. It’s an opportunity to step into a senior role where your voice, expertise and leadership matter. You’ll work with participants across the lifespan within our NDIS division, supporting children, young people, and adults with a wide range of goals. No two days will look the same, and you’ll have the freedom to structure your schedule around your commitments and preferred working style.
You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred services including:
-
Comprehensive communication assessments
-
Swallowing and paediatric feeding assessments
-
Mealtime management plans
-
AAC assessments and recommendations
-
Ongoing therapy and intervention
-
Support across homes, schools, community settings and telehealth
You’ll also have opportunities to mentor early-career clinicians, contribute to service innovation, and help shape best practice within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
We understand that balance is not a luxury — it’s a necessity. That’s why we offer:
-
Genuine work-from-home flexibility
-
Full ownership of your calendar so you can work in a way that suits your life
-
The ability to cluster clients close to home where possible
-
Options for part-time or adjusted hours
-
Local suburban offices with free parking when you need a change of scenery
This is a role designed to support your lifestyle, not consume it.
Your growth is a priority here. We offer:
-
Regular internal and external professional development
-
Clear and realistic leadership and specialisation pathways
-
Paid training, supervision and tailored learning aligned to your career goals
-
Opportunities to lead projects, supervise others or deepen your clinical niche
Whether you want to specialise, lead, or simply refine your craft — you’ll be supported every step of the way.
-
A degree in Speech Pathology
-
SPA registration (or eligibility)
-
A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
-
Relevant checks (or willingness to obtain)
-
A warm, collaborative approach and a commitment to quality practice
For more than 30 years, ORS has delivered evidence-based, person-centred allied health services across Australia. As a family-owned organisation that has grown rapidly, we’ve remained grounded in what matters — people, purpose, and culture. We’re proud to be known for our flexibility, inclusiveness and commitment to helping our team build long, fulfilling careers.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, working parents, mature-age clinicians, and those returning to the workforce.
If this sounds like a role that fits the life you’re building, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply directly, or reach out for a confidential chat.
