About the Role
The International Logistics Coordinator is responsible for booking, coordinating, managing, and tracking all export logistics for customer orders. You ensure orders are accurate, shipments are booked on time, documentation is complete and compliant, Incoterms are verified, and customers are kept informed throughout the order and shipment lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
You manage the end-to-end coordination of export orders, ensuring accuracy across order details, shipment readiness, and customer requirements. You work closely with planning, sales, and logistics teams to align stock, timelines, and priorities, while identifying risks that may impact delivery. You also oversee freight bookings, track shipments, communicate updates to stakeholders, and prepare compliant export documentation to support smooth and timely delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
- Previous experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, shipping coordination, customer service, supply chain or logistics administration.
- Knowledge of export shipping documentation and Incoterms is preferred.
- Experience coordinating with production, warehouse, sales, customers and logistics providers.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and business system capability.
- High attention to detail, strong follow-up discipline and the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
