The Courthouse Hotel, located on Footscray's bustling Nicholson Street, has been pouring pints for punters for decades and continues to be a community hub for locals of the inner west.
The venue is fully renovated with a new gaming room and sportsbar and looking at a Supervisor with room for a promotion to Assistant Manager.
Top canditdates have current industry skills in gaming, high level of knowledge on VGCCC compliance and a background in management. Candidates who can speak proficiently Vietnamese and or Chinese are preferred to assist with translating.
About the role
Supervisor, roles include:
- Reports directly to Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager
- Day-to-day operation and management of the entire venue
- Cash control
- Managing staff
- Ensuring customer service standards are consistently met
- Maintaining the visual presentation of the venue
- Ensuring venue operates with legal and regulatory requirements (RSA, RSG, etc) whilst on duty

Skills and experience
- Experience as a Supervisor.
- Gaming Experienced.
- Must be hard working, self motivated and able to work independently to the high standard required
- Excellent customer service and inter-personal skills
- Willing to provide extensive training to the right candidate
